The Lucerne School of Social Work provides services to organisations, public authorities and commercial enterprises. These services are almost always combined with applied research and development.
The School's professional staff provide advice and develop concepts for public institutions, organisations, public authorities and commercial enterprises. They manage projects and supervise control and developmental processes in social services. They also accept requests for coaching, organisational development, conceptual tasks and consultancy. The Lucerne School of Social Work hosts the general secretariat of the Cantonal Conference for Child and Adult Protection (KOKES) and the secretariat of the Case Management Network.
