The PBA Campus is designed to provide a deep dive into blockchain technology with a focus on Polkadot. Either the Polkadot SDK or dApps development can be explored in depth.

With well thought-out programming exercises and direct supervision by experts, the Polkadot Blockchain Academy supports you in gaining effective practical experience in the creation of blockchains or decentralized applications.

Schwerpunktmodule

• Protocol, On-Chain: The course provides a deep dive into the Polkadot SDK and covers essential components such as substrates, FRAME and XCM. Through hands-on sessions, participants will learn to develop decentralized applications and blockchains that are interoperable with Polkadot. At the end, they will have the technical skills to contribute to the Polkadot protocol and develop scalable, secure solutions. Strong knowledge of Rust is required, basic knowledge of Solidity is an advantage.
• dApps, Off-Chain: The course provides an insight into the tools for decentralized applications (dApps) in the Polkadot ecosystem, such as SubXT, PolkadotJS and the new Polkadot API. Participants will learn about existing dApps and their integration, as well as best practices for developing robust applications that utilize Polkadot's features. At the end, they will be able to develop innovative dApp solutions. Basic knowledge of Rust and Solidity and a good understanding of Typescript are required.
